Future Leaders Training (FLT) in collaboration with Culture of Peace Foundation (CUPEF) is set to roll out innovative leadership training program that build on diversity and intercultural communication to equip young leaders with the leadership skills necessary to navigate complex global challenges of 21st century.

The Global Leadership Training Program is part of mentorship and capacity development programs delivered by FLT and CUPEF towards raising the young generation as empowered peace ambassadors and global citizens.

The training will expose the participants to the use of effective leadership skills and constructive approach in peacebuilding and conflict prevention. 

The interactive sessions will include the use of role plays and case studies to demonstrate how participatory dialogue can strengthen peacebuilding efforts at the local, state, national and global level.
