Barbarian Double Swing Build Gear and Weapon Setup
While Barbarian’s Double Swing Build is very flexible with gear, certain Legendary Aspects and Uniques help push it to Diablo 4 Items its full potential.

Uniques
Ramaladni’s Magnum Opus: This Unique weapon massively boosts your damage based on your Fury. It synergizes perfectly with the build, but be mindful that it drains Fury, so it requires careful management of Fury generation and resource maintenance.

Unstoppable Force (Optional Unique): This increases your damage reduction while also improving damage output when unstoppable effects are active. This can make you a lot tankier in harder content.

Legendary Aspects
Aspect of the Earthen Might: When you generate Earthquakes, you’ll spawn Dust Devils, dealing significant AoE damage. This aspect is key for maximizing the output of your Earthquakes and Dust Devils.
Aspect of the Impenetrable: Increases your Block Chance and damage reduction, helping you survive tougher encounters while you focus on cheap Diablo IV Items generating Dust Devils and Earthquakes.
Aspect of the Berserker’s Fury: Increases your damage while in Berserk state, making your Double Swing and Earthquakes even more lethal.
